PROSE Mid-year Symposium
February 6, 2015
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Current PROSE school principals, chapter leaders, and up to three other school members are encouraged to register and attend. Register by January 30.
Participants will deepen their understanding of the ways in which they can monitory the changes they want for their schools by:
- Considering short and long term outcomes that could result from the innovations or changes they are seeking
- Exploring the different types of indicators and measures associated with those outcomes
- Identifying the best types of evidence for their indicators
- Considering how they might collect and organize evidence to monitor and substantiate their progress and attainment
Participants will reflect on the work they have been engaged in associated with specific flexibilities by:
- Revisiting their own school outcomes, indicators and measures in light of the changes they are pursuing
- Drafting a theory of change for their school's current work
- Reflecting on current accomplishments
